Outfit of the Day – Birthday Girl
Twenty six years ago, at 3:17am weighing a tiny 5lbs 9.5oz and twelve days late, I was arrived. Today it’s my birthday and I’m not officially closer to thirty than to twenty which is a scary prospect. Compared to last year, 2014 is proving to be a more enjoyable year, and I really hope this continues now that i’m twenty six. FINALLY this place has some sun! Yesterday when everywhere else in the country was bathed in sunlight it was grey an miserable up here, so I’d given up hope on Spring again, but then this morning I woke to sun shining in. It makes me so happy when the sun shines. I loved getting dressed this morning and putting on make up. I’ve taken some photos and I’m going for a walk with Little Miss. Wow, it’s really been ages since I did an outfit post, so much for my resolution to do them weekly! I put it down to the bad weather, having the flu and Little Miss being under the weather. I’m so glad I took these photos earlier on today because as the day has worn on I’ve felt myself coming down with something so I really want to spend the next few hours curled up on the sofa with my book. Last night I surpassed 100,000 views on my blog. What an achievement! I couldn’t believe it when I logged in this morning to start this post and I was over the 100,000 views mark. I did actually “woop” with joy. It’s so nice to know people read my blog even if it’s not really all about that.
