#lincsblogmeet 21st June 2014 – The Day
As you might have seen on twitter, and from this post here, myself and Bee, my best friend and the blogger behind Journeys are my Diary hosted a blog meet on Saturday 21st June in Lincoln. We first approached the idea when I was down for my birthday in March and this idea came into action by the end of March. We already had a few definites in the form of friends, but I don’t think either of us realised that we would end up with over twenty attendees, not including ourselves! I won’t sugarcoat it by saying organising your own blog meet is as easy as pie, it’s not…

Summer Travels Planning, Part 2 – Childcare*
Now that my trip to Disneyland Paris is over with, my sights have been firmly fixed on my holiday to the US in August. My VISA has come back approved, hotels are all booked, transport is all booked, all I need now is a suitcase of clothes to deal with summer heat and to book some Broadway tickets, but that may have to wait until Comicon! As this is a holiday that I am able to go on due to winning Travel Supermarket’s Holiday Postcard competition, I have decided to do a dream holiday which is why I’m going to be blogging in depth about it. Plus, there is a…

Disney in Details – Where Amy Ate, Disneyland Paris Edition
Welcome to Disney in Details, Disneyland Paris, post four of five! This time I’m going to be telling you all about eating in Disneyland, so basically a DLP edition of Where Amy Ate. We haven’t had one of those in a while, huh? Before I went the one thing everyone kept on telling me about Disneyland Paris was just how expensive it was to eat there. Although I was told the same when I went to Paris and I personally didn’t find it anymore expensive than eating out in London. Anyway, I had prepared myself and now that I’m back I can see that they were both right and wrong.…

They might find it a bit of an intimidating place if they’ve never been there before but they will soon come around. If you’re anxious about taking them…

Firmoo Prescription Lense Sunglasses Review
For someone who didn’t wear glasses until 16, my eye sight is getting progressively worse with each year that passes. I know in a few years time I will be like my sister and need to wear my glasses (or contacts in her case) constantly. One of my biggest gripes with wearing my glasses happens in the summer, it’s the glare from the sun. I hate when I can see it in my lenses which is why when Firmoo offered me a pair of sunglasses (or glasses) to review, I was pretty excited as I’d known from other blogger reviews that I’d be able to get them fixed with my…

Disney in Details – Disney Studios, Disneyland Paris
I can hardly believe i’m up to my third (of five, I think) Disneyland Paris posts. This time I’m focusing on the Disney Studios Park which we spent our second day at. This whole park was technically new to me since when I last visited Disneyland Paris there was no Studios Park, however I think it’s supposed to be a smaller version of MGM Studios in Orlando, well Hollywood Studios as it’s now known. Although, in my opinion this park is a far cry from it’s American cousin. In fact, I guess I’d go as far as to say I was slightly disappointed in it. Not so much that I…
