Packing! I love when I get to that point in a holiday countdown where I can think about packing properly (not just piling things on my suitcase!) and we’re here! A week today Little Miss and I will be on the way home after spending a few days in Disneyland Paris after the stress of this week I am so ready for it (plus Little Miss has serious Peter Pan withdrawls, I need something to tide her over until next month). Things I’ve Given Up to Fund my Disney Holiday Addiction
So, we all have addictions. Hobbies we have to fund, or collections we like to add to. For myself (and probably Little Miss) visiting Disney is an addiction for us. I don’t think it would have been this bad if it wasn’t for the fact we have friends out there, it makes it feel like we’re going home to family. I have visited New York, Paris, even Niagara Falls and although I have always enjoyed being there, even felt like I could live there.. I haven’t broke my heart to leave as I do when I leave Disney. Walt Disney World Countdown… 0 Days to Go
It’s finally here! Our holiday to Walt Disney World starts today! I was awoken to a very excited little girl jumping at her room gate shouting “Mummy are we going to Disney today?” and for the first time ever I got to shout back “YES!” She has been high as a kite the past two days which has been both wonderful and insanely annoying as i’ve been so busy and so stressed out. Walt Disney World Countdown… 10 Days to Go
Well the last 10 days went by super fast! We are now in the home stretch with only 10 days until we fly! Yesterday was actually 10 days until the start of our holiday but I didn’t manage to get the post up last night. To put it into perspective, I’m now closer to my holiday than I am to my birthday and that seems like 5 minutes ago. We are finally into the last month before going on holiday to Walt Disney World in Florida! I’m driving everyone crackers with my daily countdowns but I am so excited! So is Little Miss. So from today onwards I’m doing every 10 days then an update on the night before (which will probably be incredibly brief but I still want to share my excitement with you all!)
