The Maison Maille Culinary Blogger Challenge
Back in March I was contacted about a Culinary Challenge hosted by the people over at Maille. They were offering to send bloggers a couple of their products that would be used in original recipes as part of a competition. The winning entry, chosen by a panel of judges, would win a fantastic Food Lover London tour for two, valued at over £390 and the runners up will win a luxury hamper worth over £100. For me, any chance to win a trip to London in relation to food was enough to get my brain whirling with possible winning ideas. So I accepted and it took me a good six…

April Reads
I keep thinking I did really badly on my book reading this month, but in actual fact, I didn’t. I technically only read one books, but since the second book I started mid April is 800 pages odd long in tiny print with hundreds of characters, I don’t think it’s surprising i’m not even a third of the way through. Yes, you guessed it, I started to read A Song of Ice and Fire by George RR Martin. I’m only 200 pages into the first book Game of Thrones and it’s hard going, but I’m enjoying it. The book I did manage to read happened to be a tour guide,…

Outfit of the Day – On Wednesdays We Wear Pink
Although I’ve already blogged today, I have been planning an outfit for weeks especially for this day. Today is 10 years since Mean Girls was first released, and since Mean Girls wear pink on a Wednesday, my Twitter and Instagram feeds have been filled with photos of people wearing pink. I did have a moments panic last night because I didn’t even think Little Miss and I owned anything pink, but…

So today I have another installment of Bee’s fabulous Murder Mystery parties series for you guys! As you all know by now, my best friend Bee over at Journeys are my Diary, is the QUEEN of throwing parties, they’re turning into one of the highlights of my month. This month was of course, no exception although in the beginning I was worried I wouldn’t be able to afford to go! Spring Favourites
You might remember back in January I shared my favourite products for Winter and in October I share my favourite Autumn products, well today I’m sharing my favourite Spring products. These are a mixture of products I have purchased this Spring or I’m using from my stash because their colours and scents make me think of Spring. For some reason the change of season makes me want to change up the sort of products I use, from the make up I wear to the style of my hair or even the smell of products I use. It’s nice to keep a note of what are my current favourites and I…
