Where In The World? – Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia*
In January it’s easy to get sucked in by all those fantastic TV commercials that show warm and exotic places to spend your holidays in. It really gets you thinking as to where you like to visit next. For many people, the amazing city of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia is somewhere most people would like to visit if they get a chance. It is also something that you can get some advice and information on by reading the post below. Getting there from the UK A real bonus about travelling to Kuala Lumpur is that there is more than one airport that flies there from the UK. That means those…

Home Content // Open or Broken-Plan? A New Design Trend*
2018 is going to be the year where I really get in top of my house (but lets face it, I say this every year) and from the looks of things, I’m not the only one! Houses have as many trends as fashion, and one of the more prominent ones from the last few years has been the multi-functional room. A room that accommodates everyone, serving as an open plan kitchen, diner and lounge, something that has been very popular in house layouts across the pond for decades but now it’s growing in popularity here in the UK. However, once we have opened the British home from many small rooms,…

Cosplay Plans for Little Miss 2018*
This is a sponsored post. A new year means a whole 12 months of letting Little Miss explore her imaginative time by dressing up and acting out. There is no denying my kid is incredibly creative and dreams of being on the stage, and letting her fully embrace cosplay in the past couple of years has been a great start and helped give her confidence. We probably won’t be hitting Disney as often this year but with a few trips to Disneyland Paris planned, a trip to Walt Disney World paid for and a trip to Disneyland in Anaheim on the cards, there are still plenty of opportunities for her…

Sun Chasing Travel Bucket List*
When it’s this cold I always like to imagine myself somewhere hot, or think about hot places I want to visit. It definitely helps with my winter blues. White sandy beaches, a cocktail in hand, crystal waters… and of course some adventure because I’m not really a beach holiday type of person. I love the beach to be an option but I need places to explore, historical or exotic, trips to go on otherwise I feel like the trip is a bit of a waste. I can relax at home in my own bed under a ton of blankets and Netflix. My dad on the other hand loves a beach…

12 Days of Christmas – Christmas of My Childhood
I’ve been wanting to do a post about my childhood Christmases all season but I just wasn’t sure how to do it. However I saw this tag on Kate on Thin Ice and decided to turn it on it’s head by answering about past Christmases rather than how we celebrate now, which is something I have often shared on the blog. So here we have The Christmas Tag, reflecting on Christmases of the past. Just a note. I won’t be tagging anyone as this isn’t the real tag. I have changed it to fit with my post. So I hope you enjoy some photos I’ve dug out from Christmas past!…

12 Days of Christmas – Christmas Eve Box
As I mentioned in my Christmas Traditions I Love post, one of my favourite traditions is the Christmas Eve box. I started this tradition for Little Miss when she was a baby having seen other parents doing it and it being all over Pinterest. We always had to wear old pjs on Christmas eve then get new ones for Christmas which made no sense. This way LM is all clean and in new pjs for when Santa comes. It’s also a really nice way to kick off Christmas. There are also things in the box that will keep her busy on Christmas eve while mummy cleans (anyone else clean like…
