Where in the World? – Faro, Portugal*
As I mentioned in my post on Wednesday, I’m already worrying about how I’ll feel when I come back from Florida. I was born with something my grandparents fondly named “itchy feet” meaning I enjoy nothing better than travelling and exploring. As once again I am blessed to have the means to book another holiday off the bat, I’m already looking at my options. I see travelling as an investment of the mind and with that thought; I’m hoping to give Little Miss a worldly education. Saving like crazy and taking off during the school holidays when she gets older. Since I plan to have this blog a long time,…

My Disney World Holiday Planner
Tonight I did my second case test pack. Normally I only do one but as this year I’m taking a case for the two of us (on the way out anyway) for the first time since I was a child and had to share with my sister, I’m taking no chances with it being overweight. On the way out i’m taking a pushchair so I only have the ability to deal with one case however I’m leaving the pushchair out there and using a hold all that is in the bottom of my case to bring back our shopping (which I’m hoping there will be a lot of!) Anyway, the…

Personal Style – And I’ll Keep Wondering and Wondering and Wondering and Wondering
Today I’m showcasing dress number 6 for my trip to Walt Disney World, I have less than 7 weeks to go and currently 5 more outfits to share, I say currently because there is a high chance I’ll be buying another 1 or 2 dresses before I go. This has to be my favourite outfit so far, I don’t know if it’s because I sneakily got on the scales this morning and saw that I’d lost 2lbs over the weekend just from purely sticking to Slimming World so I feel great, or the fact the weight loss is starting to show. I am obviously wearing a black sweater which could…

My Six Favourite Disney Bloggers
Or six bloggers whom often post about Disney that I enjoy reading.. Today makes seven weeks until our long awaited holiday to Walt Disney World, however it’s actually less than that because we leave the day before we fly, extending our trip by an extra day. To say we’re excited is an understatement. I know many people don’t think Little Miss at her age should understand and be as excited, but she honestly does. Bee says she even vocalises how we’re all feeling with her constant excited squeals and shouts whenever she sees anything Disney related. She had us all laughing during the week when she was playing a Disneyland…

Home Improvement Project 2015 – The Bathroom*
I’ve said a fair few times over the last few months how I’m planning on staying in this house for a number of years. With this in mind I’m slowly accepting that when I moved in, the decorating was a rush job (3 bedrooms painted with 2 coats in 1 week) and it’s time I spent some money and time on really making this place home. I did make a start last year when I decorated my hall way. I can’t describe the pride I felt when I completed it myself! This is the first house I’ve had complete creative control over and boy did that feel good. I’ve also…

Love Your Pet Day – Ode to Elsa
Today i’m blogging about how much I love my kitten, Elsa Arya. If I’m honest because I took an impromptu trip I just haven’t had the time to prepare a post for today however I have been alerted to the fact that today is Love Your Pet Day, which works too. If I’m honest in our house every day is love your pet day as far as I’m concerned but as I haven’t done a real update since the day we picked her up, I thought i’d celebrate this special pet loving day with a blog post all about how Elsa is getting on, and how much she enjoyed her…
