In the UK, summer time equals festival time and I’m super excited! Although my days of big festivals are on hold due to having Little Miss, we do try and visit every single festival our town has to offer, from the seaside festival to the food and beer festival, nothing says summer like walking around in the sun munching street food while LM goes on mediocre rides. However if you’re heading out to the big ones this year, Leeds & Reading, Glastonbury Festival or V, packing is essential, no matter what the forecast weather says. Berwick Food & Beer Festival 2016
Back in 2014 I blogged about our local Food & Beer festival, however last year I was way too sick to take photos. This year though I made a concious effort, even just to have a note of it on the blog. Berwick’s Food & Beer Festival is possibly our families favourite local event of the year so by last Saturday we were hyped. Sadly the forecast wasn’t the best but armed with umbrellas and raincoats we headed over for an afternoon of good food and drink. Packing for a Festival*
Ahh summer, the time of trips to the beach, beer gardens and sleeping in a tent in a muddy field that comes with attending a festival. Although I’m not attending one this year in prior years I have been an avid festival goer. I used to love nothing more than the thrill of live music. Berwick Food & Beer Festival September 2014
Usually I’m someone who is very much “Oh we did this last week” or “we did this the other day” but today I’m actually sharing a post about what I did, today! This is a rarity but as I’m still under the weather I wanted to share photographs rather than a lot of text. This weekend in my hometown, it’s my favourite festival, the Food and Beer Festival. Outfit of the Day – The Girl at the Rock Show
Firstly, I am well aware that my festival fashion inspired post isn’t something you’d wear to a “rock show” in fact my usual rock show attire consisted of a tank top, tutu skirt and high tops!
