Credit We’re now on the other side of the new year and if like me, you suffer from anxiety, you know the new year will look like a big black hole. I saw the new year in on my own and although it wasn’t by far the worst new year I’ve ever had, it wasn’t pleasant. I ended up having a panic attack before going to sleep. It was awful.
