Fairytale Collars Review
I am a complete sucker for independent stores that stock Disney inspired items, in fact this is where the majority of my spare cash goes. So much so that I have a post in the works about all my favourite online stores and some items I’ve bought from them. But today I’m reviewing the lovely Fairytale Collars who designed Little Miss and I a collar each for our trip to Disneyland Paris back in February. Like most of these independent stores, I came across Fairytale Collars when their account gave me a follow on Instagram. Intrigued by the username I had a look and fell completely in love with the…

Elsa Arya Update*
In the past few months I’ve talked a lot about Little Miss, and even a fair amount about my boyfriend but there is one other member of our family who hasn’t had enough airtime, the smallest and furriest member of the family, Elsa Arya. You may need a little recap, but Elsa is our cat and as of November we’ll have had her for two years. Her official birthday is the end of this month though, however we chose to celebrate the November date rather than the day she was born. Although I’m a huge advocate of adopting from shelters (my mum’s cat is a shelter cat), I knew as…

Choosing The Best Phone Upgrade*
So yesterday dinner time I had that harrowing moment where my phone had full battery but it went off for no reason and I couldn’t turn it back on until it had cooled off and I’d plugged it into my laptop. That was the moment I knew the end was nigh for my phone. My iPhone 5 is old now, at least 4 years old, as I smashed my new iPhone 6 and had to go back a step. My upgrade is due the end of the September and I’m really hoping my phone will at least survive until then as it’s one piece of tech I really cannot be…

Mid Year Round Up 2016
Oh my goodness, we’re over half way through 2016 already! I can’t believe we’re hurtling straight towards the six weeks summer holidays and we’ve barely seen any sun! Depressing. Anyway, aside from the weather 2016 is actually shaping up to be the best year I’ve had in years! Although my mental health on the whole has been a little more rocky than it was in 2015 due to the fact I’m finally medication for anxiety, PST and depression free, which is a huge achievement in itself. This was something I started to wean myself off at the end of last year when the doctor felt I had become to reliant…

5 Things That Annoy Me About “Adulting”*
Even though I’m now 28, I’ve come to understand that I’m never ever going to enjoy being an adult. I like living in a fantasy world in my head where I’m a princess and I spend all my money on going to Disney (it’s kind of half true). I like eating noodles straight from the pan, and living on iced coffee. I like dressing up and wearing bows in my hair. I also love taking a nap on a regular basis. I’m a kid at heart but in some ways I feel that’s made me a really great mum. However, once in a while I have to do what the…
