2015; The Resolutions
So, I’m 12 days late to this party too but better late than never, right? Like most other people, with the turn of the year I made some resolutions. Normally I don’t really go in for the whole new year, new you stuff, but this year I was a lot more on board. 2014 was on the whole a good year (with a rubbish tail end) and I want to continue with the good stuff into this year. Credit We’re now on the other side of the new year and if like me, you suffer from anxiety, you know the new year will look like a big black hole. I saw the new year in on my own and although it wasn’t by far the worst new year I’ve ever had, it wasn’t pleasant. I ended up having a panic attack before going to sleep. It was awful. And that’s when I decided things have to change. I know a lot of people don’t like the whole “new year, new me” thing. But in my case, things have to change to give me a better value of life.…
