Small Design Techniques at Home That Make a Big Impact*
Doesn’t it feel amazing when you finally get your own home that you can really put your mark on? If like me you’ve probably lived in rented accommodation for a while where you sometimes aren’t even allowed to move furniture let alone paint the walls! When I first moved into my current home 4 years ago and had free reign on decorating and furnishing it I was over joyed. Although it was an expensive process, for the first time ever it really felt like my home. Over the years I’ve picked up a few design techniques that can really make a big impact when decorating. A Brighter Room is a…

Berwick Food & Beer Festival 2016
Back in 2014 I blogged about our local Food & Beer festival, however last year I was way too sick to take photos. This year though I made a concious effort, even just to have a note of it on the blog. Berwick’s Food & Beer Festival is possibly our families favourite local event of the year so by last Saturday we were hyped. And although tomorrow I will be bringing…

Berwick Food & Beer Festival September 2014
Usually I’m someone who is very much “Oh we did this last week” or “we did this the other day” but today I’m actually sharing a post about what I did, today! This is a rarity but as I’m still under the weather I wanted to share photographs rather than a lot of text. This weekend in my hometown, it’s my favourite festival, the Food and Beer Festival. Of course, beer & ale I can leave but they also have loads of local produce and possibly my favourite drink for the summer, strawberry cider. It’s also my dad’s favourite festival, and after today, possibly Little Miss’ too! So of course…

Room to Grow’s B-Qubed with Table Top Review
LINKS REMOVED AS ITEM NO LONGER AVAILABLE B-Qubed with Table Top* RRP £79.99, Room to Grow When I was offered the chance to review this wonderful B-Qubed Bean Bag with Table Top* from Room to Grow, I was so excited. In my lounge we don’t have a coffee table or any units apart from a small table with my lamp on, the TV unit with our big tv on and a couple of bookcases, no where to put food or drinks and nothing that can be moved around the room. This looked like the solution to my problem (of either leaving drinks on the floor that could perhaps be kicked…
