So my bestie Bee and our friend group have a theory, actually it’s become more of a life philosophy, that everything is better with bacon. I decided to test this theory by taking one of my summer favourites (I can eat this by the bowl full with a glass of white wine on the side) and topping it with some smoked bacon. Last week I was invited by the lovely Lesley up to the Hard Rock Cafe in Edinburgh for a bite to eat. So I caught a train up today as my mum is on holiday to babysit.
