#167 Mid Year Round Up 2013
Firstly, in case you missed all the hullabaloo on Twitter this week.. I GOT A HOUSE! Fingers crossed for getting the keys very soon and then of course moving. It’s really not far from my parents house, less than a 10 minutes walk and only a couple of minutes drive. It’s close to both sets of grandparents and near Little Miss’ nursery. It’s on the same street my mum grew up on, you can see her old house from the window so I have had some very emotional members of family calling me up. #151 #YOLO Upon a Time
Last week was my best friend Bee‘s birthday. It’s become some what of a tradition to celebrate a birthday by having a murder mystery party, the last one was back in March for Bee’s partner Chris, it was an Alice in Wonderland themed one which I enjoyed so much and even blogged about it here. #100 A Murder in Wonderland.
This is my 100th post on Cocktails in Teacups! I’ve been blogging since September now, each month I seem to find time to write more & more, or perhaps i’ve just become better at organising my time? #97 Happy Easter!
Easter Basket made by my mum I hope everyone has enjoyed their extra long weekend? I know I have and for me that’s a rarity as I’m sure you are all well aware of how much I hate the weekend! #80 Twenty Five, My Silver Jubilee
Today is my twenty fifth birthday. If I didn’t have Little Miss I would not feel twenty five in anyway, but since I have the responsibility of being a mother, I do feel that I could be that old. Even though my mum has joked all day it’s my Silver Jubilee, I haven’t done anything special.. I didn’t get parades or a ride down the river in a boat. Nope.
