5 Things to Do If You’re Visiting Edinburgh on a Budget*
As I’ve mentioned many times before, Edinburgh is one of my absolute favourite cities in the country, actually in the world and I’m so lucky that it’s my nearest city. It’s the one I go to when I need to go clothes shopping, or to the cinema. It’s popular for nights out, special weekends away and if you want to enjoy anything remotely historical or involving the arts. I also like because it’s not a huge city. Six Good Reasons to Visit Edinburgh This Year*
*Collaborative piece. The spending money was gifted by Hotels.com, but all views are my own. It was so cold but fair, a real winters day when we headed up for a look around. I managed to take some wonderful photos and I thought i’d share them today. I do love castles and history so it…

#184 Where Amy Ate – Candy Bar, Edinburgh
It’s been a while since the last Where Amy Ate post, clearly I haven’t been eating out enough! Anyway, on Tuesday I headed up to Edinburgh with Alice to see some shows on The Fringe, we saw a slapstick show by some guys that Alice knows that perform as the Three Half Pints, it was bloody hilarious. We then went to see Britain’s Fuck All Talent which again was so damn funny. I recommend both of them if you need a good laugh while you’re up enjoying The Fringe festivities. ANYWAY, we headed up early to fit in a spot of shopping and lunch before going to see some shows.…
