In my Technical Challenge for Cake That! I came runner up. Since that was probably the best cake I’ve ever made, I knew I had to up my game for the showstopper. I came up with loads of different ideas, using various techniques, colours, tastes and layers but I wanted something that would show some more skill which is why I’ve gone for this cake. Both I’ve been incredibly proud of, one was a 7 layer rainbow cake with chocolate icing for my nephew’s third birthday, it was a huge success however that’s not the cake I’m sharing today.
