5 Things to Do Over Easter Weekend*

The long weekend is finally here and the rumour going around is that it is even going to be warm weather! To help you decide on your plans for the Easter weekend we have teamed up with The Enchanted Tea Rooms, a traditional tea room based in St Albans to come up with a list! Take a day trip to the seaside
Have faith in the weather forecast, pack up the car and pick your favourite seaside resort. Nothing beats a fun day on the beach, spending your change in the arcades and of course the obligatory fish and chips!

Visit the zoo
When trying to please different ages planning a family day out can be difficult, however the zoo is guaranteed to keep all ages entertained for hours! Have a look at your local zoos opening hours over the bank holidays, take a picnic and enjoy the sunshine.

Treat yourself to a meal out
Once in a while it’s nice to push the boat out and really treat yourself, book a table at your favourite restaurant or spend the afternoon with friends over a delicious afternoon tea.

Have a picnic at the park
Let the kiddies and the doggies run free and burn all of that chocolate energy at your local park. Soak up the sunshine while eating all of your favourite picnic foods and relaxing.

Go on an Easter egg hunt!
What is more seasonal that an Easter egg hunt?    Gather your friends and family for an exciting day full of clues and competition. Just be careful that your eggs don’t melt in the sun!
