These days everyone lives their life firmly through the lens of a camera, and that includes when they’re travelling. In fact with the rise on Instagram, the popularity of travel photography has snowballed. Heck, I’ve made a whole Instagram on travel photography, well it’s mainly my daughter travelling or at Disney, but still, some how I’ve managed to gain 17,000 Instagram followers in less than 3 years.

If you want to get into the whole travel photography movement, the first thing you need to do is invest in a good piece of equipment that functions in all weather and lighting. Olympus cameras are some of the best out there, the most popular being the Pen (I have my eye on it for Florida), not only is it lightweight but it takes DSLR level photos without the bulk. If you have an older camera I recommend a wifi SD card that will allow you to upload your photos to social media on the go.
