The fact that our bodies are not designed to incorporated and digest sugar easily is undeniable. Consuming sugar in large quantities is the worst thing that you can do to your body.

A certain study was conducted on a group of people, who were put off sugar for 4 weeks and the results were astonishing. Here is what happens when you stop or limit your sugar intake.

    I’ve been sugar free for over 6 years and apart from my blood sugar level coming down, I’ve not noticed any of the other changes. Mind you I’ve always had good skin, so there wasn’t any chance of improvement there, but I’ve been surprised at how little weight I’ve lost. I’m still overweight and sluggish.
