A Beginners Guide to Juicing*
I don’t know about you but I feel so much more inclined to eat healthy and fresh when the summer rolls around. My fridge is always stocked with fresh fruit and veg in the summer because it always look that bit more appealing. I really enjoy making up smoothies for breakfast, fresh fruit and greek yoghurt for a snack, salads for both lunch and dinner. This is all great news since I’m off to Florida again in October and really want to have lost a fair amount of weight before I go as we have the dining plan! However one thing I haven’t tried that I know will be benficial to me this time of year is jucing. Today I’m sharing a great infographic about how to get started in juicing;

I love these ideas – I’m on a real health kick at the moment so will have to try them. Who knew you could juice lettuce?
