Shopping Spotlight – Funky Laser

We all know I’m a fan of the acrylic accessories right? Tatty Devine and Sugar & Vice often make an appearance on wishlists and I already own a couple of pieces from the first. So obviously I was pretty excited when I made a new acrylic discovery on Facebook who were also looking for people to review their new Christmas range. I had to get in there, and as you can see, I was incredibly lucky and I’m not the proud owner of some gorgeous Christmas themed bits.
So today, I’m shining my shopping spotlight on Funky Laser. Funky Laser is a British based company that not only creates fantastic acrylic accessories but has also branched into decorations, photo props and cake toppers. Of course, being a necklace fiend I’m always drawn to the necklaces and they have some gorgeous styles of name necklace at a very reasonable price, I’m definitely tempted into getting a “Cocktails in Teacups” one, or a “Mermaid” double layer one for Florida. But my absolute favourite has to be The London Skyline one which is only £9.99. I think it would make an incredibly quirky statement necklace, right up my street.
Now the pieces I received. I received two Christmas tree decorations*, the larger Let It Snow one also comes with a Christmas card and would make a wonderful small gift for a teacher or a neighbour. They come in a variety of colours perfect if you have a colour themed tree (I don’t haha). They’re incredibly sturdy and unlike a lot of acrylic products, they’re quite thick making them great for anyone who has a playful pet or a mischievous child, these gorgeous decorations won’t be breaking easily. I think they’d be brilliant for anyone who likes to decorate their tree in less traditional ornaments. They’re not expensive either, they’re £6 and you can have whatever message you want printed on them.
As much as I love Christmas tree decorations, I possibly squeaked with excitement when I opened the little black box to find the most perfect little gingerbread man necklace*! For £8 you can have whatever shape charm you like on your necklace making them the most perfect stocking filler. Again, although the charm is small it’s well made and I can’t see it breaking any time in the future.
If you haven’t already check them out, I recommend you head over to Facebook, Twitter or Instagram to see more of their wonderful work. Definitely if you’re stuck for that unique gift for someone!
