Weekend in the Peak District
Last weekend it was my other halves birthday so we packed up his car and headed to the Peak District, just the two of us. Long distance relationships are are so hard and I’m not the greatest at them, in fact, I’m the worst. So three days alone with him away from it all was nothing short of bliss. 10 Reasons I’m Proud to be British
It’s 2016 and this year in Great Britain we’re celebrating our Queen’s 90th birthday! If there is anything to make you feel proud to be British it’s anything to do with HRH Queen Elizabeth II. She is now our longest reigning monarch and although I don’t consider myself to be a royalist, I do feel proud to live in a country ruled by a Queen. Did any of you notice that I’ve swapped my A Wednesday Wishlist feature for something different this week? Today I’m sharing A Wanderlust Wishlist instead, just for a change. And lets face it, we all know how much I love an adventure! After next year there will be no more holidays abroad for Little Miss and I for a good three years. Why?
