Twenty Six
As some of you, or perhaps all of you, know that it was my birthday on Friday. For the last few years I’ve had fairly rubbishy birthday so this year when all my friends wanted to make plans with me I was so excited! My twenty fifth year was awful, the worst of my life, so being able to bid it farewell and hello to my new age in such a way was so nice. Two.
Two years ago today, at 16:20 weighing 5lbs 2oz my beautiful daughter was born 13 days early. I loved her from the moment I saw her and I love her more every day. Today really brought home how incredibly proud I am of the little girl she’s turning into. She’s smart, funny, imaginative, polite and incredibly beautiful. I love every second being her mother, even on the bad days, which are thankfully few and far between. We had a rough two years but I think it’s made our relationship stronger. #151 #YOLO Upon a Time
Last week was my best friend Bee‘s birthday. It’s become some what of a tradition to celebrate a birthday by having a murder mystery party, the last one was back in March for Bee’s partner Chris, it was an Alice in Wonderland themed one which I enjoyed so much and even blogged about it here. This time around the theme was fairytales, something that is deeply rooted in our friendship so I have been quiet possibly excited about this as much as the birthday girl. #80 Twenty Five, My Silver Jubilee
Today is my twenty fifth birthday. If I didn’t have Little Miss I would not feel twenty five in anyway, but since I have the responsibility of being a mother, I do feel that I could be that old.
