Cocktails in Teacups Life Disney Parenting Travel Blog Shopping Spotlight - Cherry Diva

A few weeks back I was contacted by the lovely people over at Cherry Diva to ask if I’d like to review some bits from their store. After a quick browse I already saw a lot of pieces right up my street and they were kind enough to send me a few. The parcel arrived while I was suffering from a cold and flu virus and what I received really cheered me up.

The items were beautifully presented each in not only a gift bag but a cellophane bag which seemed really professional and I like how together the two stopped the necklace from moving around and ending up tangled. I think they also make an easy shape to wrap in the cellophane which in turn would make them great stocking fillers. Everything on the website is well priced and there are some items that really would make great gifts for secret santas, stocking fillers or even just gifts for friends.

The first piece I received was the Khaleesi Half Moon Necklace* RRP £5. As you all know, I’m a big big Game of Thrones fan, especially of Daenerys. I loved her relationship with Khal Drogo and I was pretty sad when he died (oops spoilers). This necklace is aptly named Khaleesi because “moon of my life” was their saying. I’m not really someone who likes statement jewellery, I much prefer pretty pieces like this that mean something. This would be a great gift for a guy to get his girl, but hey, since I don’t have a guy, I just wear it because I’m team Daenerys. I can’t believe with the huge Game of Thrones fandom it’s only £5! Such a bargain.

Carrying on with the moon theme, the second piece is one I would never have ever expected to love so much, the La Lune Midi Ring* RRP £4. I haven’t worn rings on a regular basis since I became a mum for fear of it catching LM. However since this arrived I haven’t taken it off. I’m a sucker for anything with French writing on it, as it appeals to the romantic side of me. I really never got the appeal of a midi ring but this fits perfectly and looks really nice when placed on the finger of the third piece I received. It feels really good quality for the £4 price tag.

So, the third piece and possibly my favourite, the Silver Princess Ring* RRP £4. It’s the piece I wanted the most from the whole site and had I not had the chance to review it I would have bought it with it only being £4. I have been after a crown ring for ages but I just haven’t found one simple looking enough to appeal. This one is perfect, it’s so cute and dainty so I don’t need to fear about it catching on LM. Again, I haven’t taken it off since I got it. Despite it being so dainty it hasn’t bent out of shape.

Over all, I’m so pleased with what Cherry Diva has to offer. If you’re looking to support small businesses this Christmas, please take a second to check out their online store.
