    Dating After a Domestic Abuse

    July 4, 2016 /

It’s been forever since I sat down and wrote a cathartic piece where I haven’t planned out what I’m going to say, where I just sit and write until I feel like I’ve said all I wanted to say. You’ve all come along with me on my recovery from my last relationship, I’ve shared points of the domestic abuse here that I’ve never ever said out loud to anyone, so I feel…

    Looking Back on June 2016

    July 3, 2016 /

Okay, so June wasn’t as much fun as May, but I did manage to not get dumped which is a success in itself and my boyfriend spent a total of 20 days at my house as well as me spending a further 3 days at his. We don’t get to spend as much time together in July sadly as I have a friend coming to stay for a week but I will be at his for two weekends out of the 5 that July has. It’s his birthday on the 30th and I’m looking forward to seeing him for that. Anyway, I’m on a tangent. I was supposed to spend…

Beauty Content // Things to Think about When Choosing a Bariatric Surgeon*

    July 1, 2016 /

The fact that obesity is a huge problem in this country, and the world as a whole, is no secret. The exact causes of obesity are a topic for hot debate, as are the reasons why people struggle to lose weight naturally. The American College of Surgeons has reported that it is almost impossible for severely obese people to achieve a healthy weight range without any type of surgery. Surgery, therefore, is the key to success for a huge proportion of our fellow countrymen and -women. As a result, people are now recommended to start learning about what this type of surgery is, and how it can help them or…

Why a Family Home Needs Top Quality Windows Fitted to It*

    June 28, 2016 /

The home is probably one of the first places that you think of when you want to feel safe, secure, and comfortable. Achieving a family home that is cozy and secure may take a lot of effort for any homeowner, but it’s easy if you know the tricks of the trade. Compared with other more obvious choices, windows are usually one of the least appreciated and noticeable elements of your home. Once the windows are installed, there’s really nothing that you do with them other than to open and close them, or cover them with curtains. However, in order to maximize the potential benefits of any home, you need to…

10 Things That Were Awesome at Walt Disney World March 2016

    June 25, 2016 /

We’re nearly half way through the time between our two trips to Walt Disney World of 2016. A lot of people say “already?” but to Little Miss and I it feels like a lifetime. To a lot of people it’s just another holiday, but to Little Miss and I, it’s where a lot of our friends are. Where we’re at our happiness. I rarely see the smile that dominates LMs face in the States while we’re sat indoors in the UK because it’s constantly pouring with rain outside. We miss it. Because we’re nearly half way through, I felt it was time to have a real reminiscing session about the…
